Interested in Inexpensive Competitive Bowling? League bowling not competitive enough?
The Stockton Match Club is looking for five more bowlers to join our club. We bowl most weekends through the year with some holiday weekend exceptions (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day, etc.). When we bowl our matches, we usually bowl four teams of four (some times five) mostly once per weekend.
Half our matches will be at West Lane Bowl on Saturday or Sunday and the other half will be out of town. Collectively, we bowl approximate 50 matches per year. You can bowl two matches per season or … sign up for as many you would like to bowl. The out-of-town matches are usually within one hour give or take 15 minutes. We have a match club we bowl once per year in Grass Valley as the longest drive.
We ask our bowlers to bowl at least an even mix of home and away matches. No bowler can only bowl home matches. The costs associated with Stockton Match Club bowling are as follows:
· $15 per month dues
· $50 for shirt with $30 shirt credit given on third month of paying dues
· Three games are played at each match. If you don’t make your average, you pay $1. If you don’t make your series, you pay $2. The most you would pay for your bowling is $5 for the three games. If you make your average every game and series, you pay nothing.
